We want you to be delighted with every Homelune purchase. This policy explains returns, refunds, and exchanges for orders placed on homelune.co.uk.
For hygiene/custom reasons, certain categories (e.g., personalised items, opened hygiene products, digital downloads) may not be eligible.
After inspection, approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method (bank processing times may vary).
Direct exchanges are not available. Return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll offer a replacement or refund once verified.
