We accept secure payment options including debit/credit cards (e.g., Visa, MasterCard) and region-supported wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay) where available. Payments are processed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
Some transactions may require additional verification (e.g., 3D Secure or OTP). Orders are processed only after authorisation.
Payment is typically captured at checkout. For pre-orders/back-orders, your payment may be authorised and captured on dispatch.
Prices include VAT where applicable (unless stated otherwise). You’ll receive an email receipt; business invoices available on request.
Homelune uses SSL and secure gateways. We don’t store full card details; our processors handle card data securely.
If payment fails (insufficient funds, expired card, incorrect details), the order won’t proceed. Please contact your bank or try another method.
We use automated/manual checks to detect suspicious activity. Orders may be held for verification. We reserve the right to cancel suspected unauthorised orders.
Refunds follow our Refund & Returns Policy and are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval (bank timings may vary).
If your card uses a non-GBP currency, your provider may apply conversion rates/fees outside our control.
