A tracking link is emailed once your parcel is dispatched.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout by items, address, and method. Promotions (e.g., free shipping above a threshold) may apply and will be shown at checkout.
Ensure your address is complete and accurate. We can’t reroute parcels after dispatch. Orders flagged for verification may be held until confirmed.
Couriers may attempt delivery more than once or leave your parcel at a local depot. Specifying a safe place (where available) transfers responsibility once delivery is confirmed to that location.
Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or peak volumes. If tracking stalls beyond investigation periods, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Report damage within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
Outside the UK/EU, local duties or taxes may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility. Customs inspections can cause delays.
Risk passes on delivery to your address (or safe place/pick-up). Title transfers upon full payment and dispatch confirmation.
